IM VITAMIN SHOTS · BRIER CREEK, RALEIGH
Vitamin Shots in Raleigh
B12, vitamin D, glutathione, and more, given by our nurses in just a few minutes. A quick way to keep your levels up, with no membership required.

WHY VITAMIN SHOTS
A small shot that goes a long way
Intramuscular (IM) vitamin injections deliver nutrients into the muscle, where they absorb steadily into your bloodstream. They are one of the simplest ways to fill a gap your diet or supplements are not covering.
Absorbed Where It Counts
Some nutrients, like B12, are hard for many people to absorb through the gut. A shot goes into the muscle and skips digestion entirely.
Done in Five Minutes
No appointment hour to block off. Stop in, get your shot, and get back to your day.
Steady Levels Between Visits
Regular shots help keep your levels up so you are not riding the highs and lows of an empty tank.
100% Absorption
A shot delivers 100% of the dose straight into the muscle, where it moves into your bloodstream without ever passing through your gut. A pill has to survive digestion first, so only part of it is ever absorbed.
WINTER TIP
Keep your vitamin D up all winter
From October through March, the days in Raleigh get shorter and most of us spend far less time in the sun. That is when vitamin D levels tend to drop, and low vitamin D is tied to low energy, low mood, and getting sick more often.
A vitamin D3 Sunshine Shot every two months through fall and winter is an easy way to keep your levels steady until spring. If you want to know your number first, we can check your vitamin D with a simple blood draw in our office.

IV OR A SHOT?
Which one is right for you?
Choose an IV when you need fluids and a full blend of nutrients at once, like when you are sick, dehydrated, or recovering from a hard week. It takes about an hour.
Choose a shot when you want to top up one or two nutrients, like B12 or vitamin D, on a regular rhythm. It takes about five minutes.
Many people do both, and you can add a shot to any IV visit.
