Registered Nurse
Mackenzie serves as the Lead Nurse at Raleigh Well, where she combines clinical expertise with a passion for holistic wellness. Originally from a small town in western Pennsylvania, Mackenzie earned her nursing degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She began her career in maternal-child health in Erie, Pennsylvania, gaining invaluable experience before relocating to North Carolina.
In North Carolina, Mackenzie worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Duke University Hospital, caring for some of the most vulnerable patients in the country. Although she found great purpose in NICU nursing, her growing passion for functional medicine and whole-body wellness led her to transition into the integrative health field.
Mackenzie now brings her advanced clinical skills and IV therapy experience to Raleigh Well, where she is committed to helping clients optimize their health. Known for building meaningful connections, Mackenzie takes pride in supporting each individual’s wellness journey with compassion and expertise.
Outside of her professional role, Mackenzie can often be found at Raleigh Well investing in her own health—whether it's receiving an IV treatment or recovering with contrast therapy after a tough CrossFit workout. She enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, hiking, and doing anything that keeps her active and outdoors.

Cold Plunge: Reduces inflammation, sharpens mental focus, and accelerates muscle recovery.
Contrast Therapy (Hot + Cold): Alternating heat and cold increases blood flow, flushes out lactic acid, and enhances full-body recovery.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body. It plays a critical role in cellular energy, brain function, metabolism, and DNA repair. As we age — or experience stress, illness, or intense physical activity — our NAD+ levels naturally decline, which can lead to fatigue, brain fog, slower recovery, and signs of aging.
NAD+ IV Therapy delivers this coenzyme directly into your bloodstream, helping to:
Boost mental clarity and focus
Increase energy and stamina
Support detox and cellular repair
Promote healthy aging and neurological health
NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) is a vitamin B3 derivative and a precursor to NAD+. While NAD+ is infused directly, NR helps your body naturally build up its own NAD+ levels over time. Some clients use NR for maintenance or as a lighter, more gradual approach to increasing NAD+.
Who is it for?
Athletes and high performers
Individuals experiencing burnout or chronic fatigue
Those seeking anti-aging support
People recovering from illness or inflammation
Anyone looking to optimize long-term cellular health
Pro tip: NAD+ is best used in a series of treatments to fully restore levels. You may feel subtle shifts after your first session, with more noticeable results after a few consistent visits.

Each month, you’ll receive credits that can be used on IV or Wellness Lounge services.
Here’s why it’s the smartest way to invest in your wellness:
Credits are discounted, meaning you’re paying less per service compared to standard pricing.
They roll over for 12 months, so you won’t lose value if you skip a month.
You can use credits across different services, allowing you to mix and match based on how you feel each visit.
It’s the most cost-effective way to build consistency into your wellness routine — and feel the long-term benefits without overpaying.
