OUR APPROACH TO HORMONES
Your body first, then hormones when you need them
Hormone therapy, including testosterone and estrogen, is a great resource for many people. It can bring back energy, strength, sleep, mood, and drive. It can also become a long-term commitment, so it is rarely our first step.
We start with a holistic look at your blood work and your life. When there are ways to raise your levels naturally through sleep, nutrition, strength training, stress support, and targeted supplements, we work on those with you first. We have helped many patients improve their levels this way and delay needing TRT.
When hormone therapy is the right call, we prescribe it thoughtfully and monitor it closely. It is one of many tools we use to help your body recalibrate.
